ArkCore collects only the data necessary to operate the Service — such as Discord IDs, server settings, and usage logs. 1. Introduction

ArkDevLabs ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to handling your data with transparency and care.

This Privacy Policy explains what information ArkCore (the "Service") collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected. It applies to all users who interact with ArkCore across any Discord server in which the Service is active, including server owners and administrators.

By using ArkCore, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. What We Collect

We collect only the data that is strictly necessary to deliver and maintain the Service. Data is collected automatically as a result of your interaction with ArkCore or through configuration by server administrators.

Message Content

We do not store message content permanently.

Message content is accessed only when strictly necessary for the operation of specific features:

• AI Features — Processing user inputs to generate contextual responses
• Moderation Systems — Scanning messages against configured content filters
• Command Execution — Parsing commands and their arguments

Unless required for moderation logging as configured by a server administrator, message content is processed transiently and is not retained after the operation is complete.

What We Do Not Collect

ArkDevLabs does not collect:

• Passwords, tokens, or account credentials
• Private or direct messages between users
• Sensitive personal data such as health, religion, or ethnicity

Payment Information

ArkCore does not directly collect or store payment information.

If premium features or paid services are introduced, payments may be processed through third-party providers, which handle payment data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Data

All data collected by ArkCore is used solely to operate and improve the Service.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.

4. Analytics

ArkCore uses Google Analytics to help us understand how the Service is used and to guide development decisions.

Analytics data may include:

• Feature interaction frequency and command usage patterns
• General geographic region (country or region level only — not precise location)
• Device type and operating system information
• Anonymized session and engagement metrics

This data is used exclusively to improve the Service. IP anonymization is enabled to ensure precise IP addresses are not stored.

You may opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Opting out does not affect your ability to use ArkCore.

5. Data Storage and Retention

All data is stored on secured infrastructure operated by ArkDevLabs or trusted third-party hosting providers. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

In limited circumstances, data may be retained beyond these periods where required by law, for the resolution of disputes, or for fraud prevention purposes.

ArkDevLabs does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers — With trusted vendors such as hosting providers, analytics services, and AI model providers, who are contractually bound to process data solely on our behalf

9. Children's Privacy

ArkCore is not directed at, nor intended for use by, individuals under the age of 13.

ArkDevLabs does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been inadvertently collected, we will take immediate steps to delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used ArkCore without your consent, please contact us immediately.

10. Third-Party Services

ArkCore relies on third-party services to deliver certain functionality. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data practices. ArkDevLabs is not responsible for the data handling of any third-party service.

We encourage all users to review the privacy policies of these providers independently.

ArkDevLabs reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable laws, or Service features.
