Summary
By using ArkCore, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old and responsible for how the bot is used in your server. Do not abuse, exploit, or misuse the Service. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate. We may suspend access for violations. ArkDevLabs is not liable for data loss, AI outputs, or service interruptions. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ArkDevLabs ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of ArkCore (the "Service").

By inviting, adding, or interacting with ArkCore in any Discord server, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety
• You have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Discord's own Terms of Service

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of ArkCore and remove it from any server you control.

2. Description of Service

ArkCore is a multipurpose Discord bot developed and maintained by ArkDevLabs. The Service includes, but is not limited to, the following features:

ArkDevLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, add, or permanently remove any feature of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

Source Command Disclaimer

ArkCore may include commands such as /source that are intended for entertainment purposes only.

These commands do not provide access to ArkCore's actual source code. ArkCore is proprietary software, and its source code is not publicly available.

Any content returned by such commands (e.g., external links) is for humor or demonstration purposes only and should not be interpreted as a representation of the Service's underlying code.

Entertainment Features Disclaimer

ArkCore may include entertainment-based commands (such as jokes, roasts, or similar interactions) that are intended solely for fun and non-serious use.

These commands are not intended to harm, harass, or target any individual. Any content generated through such features is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Users are responsible for how they use these commands. Misuse of these features to harass, abuse, or harm others may result in restrictions or termination of access to the Service.

3. Eligibility

To access and use ArkCore, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
• Maintain an active Discord account in good standing and in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service; and
• Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

By using ArkCore, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above.

4. User and Server Responsibility

You bear full responsibility for the manner in which ArkCore is used within your Discord server. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The configuration, setup, and customization of ArkCore within your server;
• All Discord permissions granted to ArkCore;
• All commands executed and actions taken through ArkCore;
• Any content generated, distributed, or published using the Service; and
• All moderation decisions and their resulting consequences.

Server owners and administrators acknowledge that they are solely accountable for the appropriate and lawful use of ArkCore within their communities.

5. Permitted Use

ArkCore is intended to be used solely for lawful, constructive purposes, including:

• Managing and moderating Discord communities in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies;
• Automating server administrative tasks responsibly; and
• Utilizing AI-powered tools and utilities in an ethical and compliant manner.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use ArkCore in any manner that violates applicable laws, Discord's policies, or these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

6.1 Abuse and Exploitation

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities within ArkCore;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, tampering with, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to ArkCore's underlying systems;
• Flooding, spamming, or otherwise overloading the Service;
• Attempting to disrupt, crash, or degrade the performance of ArkCore.

6.2 Harmful and Illegal Activities

• Harassment, intimidation, threats, or abuse directed at any individual or group;
• Distribution of illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful content;
• Conducting or facilitating scams, phishing attacks, or any form of deception;
• Engaging in any activity that violates Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

6.3 Unauthorized Access and Impersonation

• Attempting to access restricted or administrative systems without authorization;
• Impersonating ArkDevLabs, its staff, or any affiliated entity.

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to ArkCore, without prior notice.

7. Fair Use and Rate Limits

To maintain service quality for all users, ArkCore may enforce:

• Per-user or per-server command rate limits
• Caps on AI feature usage
• Server-level access restrictions

ArkDevLabs reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to any user or server whose usage negatively impacts the performance, security, or integrity of the Service.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

ArkCore collects only the data necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Message Content: Message content is accessed and processed only when strictly required for specific features, such as AI responses or automated content moderation. It is not stored permanently.

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to any third party under any circumstances.

9. Analytics and Tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand how ArkCore is used and to guide improvements to the Service.

Analytics data may include:

• Usage patterns, feature interactions, and command frequency
• General geographic data (country or region level — not precise location)
• Device type, browser, and session duration
• Anonymized identifiers for analytical purposes

Important disclosures:

• Analytics data is processed and stored by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy
• ArkDevLabs does not use analytics data to personally identify individual users
• You may opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on

By using ArkCore, you consent to the collection and processing of data by Google Analytics as described above.

10. Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected by ArkCore. Requests may be submitted through:

• Bot Commands — Where available, directly within Discord
• Support Server — Via our official Discord support server
• Direct Contact — Using the contact details listed in Section 25

Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Certain data may be retained where required by applicable law, legal proceedings, or legitimate business necessity.

11. AI Features Disclaimer

ArkCore may incorporate AI capabilities, including natural language processing and automated content generation.

By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unpredictable
• All AI-generated content is produced automatically and without human review
• You are solely responsible for how AI-generated outputs are used, shared, or acted upon
• ArkDevLabs expressly disclaims all liability arising from the misuse of or reliance upon AI-generated content

12. Bot Permissions

ArkCore requires certain Discord permissions to function effectively. By adding ArkCore to your server, you:

• Voluntarily grant ArkCore the permissions necessary for its intended functionality
• Accept full responsibility for reviewing and appropriately configuring those permissions
• Acknowledge that ArkDevLabs is not responsible for any consequences arising from misconfigured or overly permissive access settings

13. Service Availability

ArkCore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ArkDevLabs makes no guarantees regarding continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Service.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• The availability or preservation of stored data
• Specific uptime targets or performance benchmarks

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party API failures, infrastructure issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

14. Data Loss Disclaimer

ArkDevLabs shall not be held responsible for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of data stored in connection with the Service, including:

• Loss of server configurations or settings
• Corrupted moderation logs
• Missing command history or analytics data

We do not guarantee the recovery of any lost or corrupted data under any circumstances.

15. Security

ArkDevLabs implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the integrity and security of the Service and associated data. However, no system is entirely immune to risk.

Your use of ArkCore is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents will not occur. We encourage all users to practice good security hygiene when interacting with any online service.

16. Premium and Paid Features

ArkCore may, at ArkDevLabs' discretion, introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If and when such features are offered:

• Access to certain features may require payment or an active subscription
• Pricing is subject to change at any time with or without prior notice
• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase
• ArkDevLabs reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or alter any paid feature without liability

17. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to ArkCore — including its source code, branding, visual design, feature set, and documentation — are the exclusive property of ArkDevLabs.

Without prior written permission from ArkDevLabs, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or replicate any part of ArkCore
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on ArkCore
• Redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights to ArkCore

Unauthorized use of ArkDevLabs' intellectual property may result in legal action.

18. Third-Party Services

ArkCore may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms and services, including:

ArkDevLabs does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party service. Your use of third-party services integrated with ArkCore is subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies.

19. Termination

19.1 Termination by ArkDevLabs

ArkDevLabs reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to ArkCore at any time, without prior notice, including in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Detected abuse or malicious use of the Service
• Threats to the security, stability, or integrity of the Service
• Discontinuation of the Service in its entirety

19.2 Termination by the User

You may discontinue use of ArkCore at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server. Termination does not automatically trigger deletion of stored data — please refer to Section 10 for data deletion procedures.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArkDevLabs, its founders, team members, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of ArkCore
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right
• Content generated, transmitted, or published through your use of the Service

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArkDevLabs shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Community disputes or server-related conflicts
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is asserted and whether or not ArkDevLabs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

22. Force Majeure

ArkDevLabs shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, floods, fires, or other acts of nature
• Internet or telecommunications outages
• Government actions, embargoes, or regulatory changes
• War, civil unrest, or declared emergencies
• Third-party service failures

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of ArkCore shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

24. Amendments to These Terms

ArkDevLabs reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

For significant changes, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice through our support server or website. Your continued use of ArkCore following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
